The Cowlick’s® beautiful hand-crafted Pashley vintage tricycles – Maisie and Daisy - are available to hire for all kinds of events! Whether it's your wedding day, a birthday celebration or the annual office party, freshly churned ice cream served from our tricycles is certain to wow your guests. They are equipped with state of the art freezers, preserving our ice creams and sorbets for up to 12 hours. And let’s face it, they make brilliant photo opportunities!

Our event packages include:

· A choice of five flavours from a selection of our freshly made ice cream, sorbets and alcoholic specials

· Free ice cream consultation with our ice cream maker (by email or telephone), with an option to tailor-make a special flavour just for you!

· A minimum of 1.5hrs of ice cream service (not including set up time)

· A choice of premium sugar waffle cones or tubs, napkins and spoons

· Courteous, smartly dressed members of staff

· Personalised chalk board dedicated to the event

· A tricycle can be placed inside or outside, depending on your requirements and of course, the great British weather!

Package pricing will depend on location and numbers. To secure a booking we require a deposit, with the remaining balance due one month before the event.

+ Do i get to choose my flavours?

Absolutely! We have an extensive list of flavours for you to choose from. Depending on your package, you can choose up to five flavours, which include our real dairy ice creams and also our sorbet range.

+ What if there is a flavour that I want but cannot see on your list?

There are no boundaries to the flavour options we can produce. Just drop us a line - we love to chat all things ice cream.

+ My event has a specific theme. Is there any way you can help to accomodate this?

Weddings, children's parties, corporate and other events often come with a theme and we would be more than happy to accommodate whatever it is that you are looking for. Simply get in touch with us and we can discuss your needs.

+ Are there any restrictions on where in the country you would travel to?

We are based in Dawlish, Devon. We generally operate within a 50 mile radius of our HQ, however, if you are further afield, please do get in touch and we will provide you with a competitive quotation.

+ When do I need to pay my deposit?

A deposit of £100 is payable on booking, in order to secure your chosen date.

+ When is the final balance due?

The final payment is due three weeks in advance of your event. If you are making a booking within this time, then the total amount is payable on booking.
